I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you’re unable to make it, please text me (385-333-3883) as soon as possible to reschedule. To protect the financial stability of my small business, a deposit of 50% of the appointment cost is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non refundable and the amount will be deducted from your total cost upon completion of your appointment. If your appointments are on repeat or were booked without a deposit, a fee of 50% of the service will need to be paid before rescheduling. Please keep in mind this is my livelihood 🩷
